We specialize in dispute resolution of complex employment and commercial cases. The firm’s founder and President, Elena Paraskevas-Thadani has over two decades of dispute resolution experience. Elena is certified by the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and by the New York Peace Institute. As a former litigator and partner with an international employment law firm, Elena brings her knowledge of employment law (discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, class action, whistleblower cases, etc.) and her knowledge and experience in the ADR space to assist parties and their counsel to resolve cases at all stages of litigation.
Ombuds Services
We serve as Ombudspeople and specialize in facilitating the resolution of interpersonal conflict. Our attorneys are also trained mediators, and we leverage our experience as neutrals to serve our clients as trained Ombudspeople. An Ombuds helps resolve workplace conflict, facilitates individuals in difficult and restorative communications and serves as a point person for complaints. For organizations who are looking for a solution to support their Human Resources or Employee Relations Team, or who are too small to have an internal team of their own, our external Ombuds team can assist.
