Advancing Legal Knowledge: Elena Paraskevas-Thadani Joins Distinguished Faculty at NYCLA

This past month, our colleague Mediator Elena Paraskevas-Thadani, Esq. AWI-CH was part of a lineup of distinguished faculty, joined by Catalina Cadavid, Esq. of Jackson Lewis P.C. and LaDonna Lusher, Esq. of Virginia & Ambinder LLP, and moderated by Galen Baynes, Esq. of Pechman Law Group LLC, to deliver a seminar for the New York County Lawyer’s Association on “How to Handle a Wage and Hour/FLSA Case.”

With extensive experience handling these types of cases as both a former litigator and a mediator, Elena brought a unique and practical perspective to the discussion, helping participants understand the nuances of bringing, litigating and resolving wage and hour disputes effectively.
