Bert H. Ware joins EPT Legal

We are excited to welcome Bert H. Ware, Esq. to EPT Legal as a Senior Investigator and Facilitator!

Bert is an attorney admitted in New York and Massachusetts and brings more than 40 years of experience as a workplace investigator, employment-law advisor, and trainer, advising organizations and senior leaders on complex workplace matters, investigations, and risk management strategies.

Before joining EPT Legal, Bert spent approximately two decades as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and its predecessor institutions, where he managed enterprise-wide employment litigation and counseled senior leadership across legal, HR, compliance, and corporate security functions. His background includes working at notable firms such as LeBoeuf Lamb, Mintz Levin, andJackson Lewis. 

His experience spans high-stakes workplace investigations, employment-law compliance, dispute resolution, and training for executives, HR professionals, and investigative teams.
