Seema Kassab joins EPT Legal

We are excited to welcome Seema Kassab, Esq. to EPT Legal as an Investigator and Facilitator.

Seema brings extensive experience to her work supporting organizations in navigating complex workplace issues. Most recently, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sarah L. Cave of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she worked on a wide range of matters, including employment-related and high-conflict disputes. 

Prior to her federal clerkship, Seema served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department and as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. She has also contributed to international human rights initiatives through her work with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Seema is fluent in Arabic and conversational in Spanish, bringing valuable multilingual and cross-cultural experience to her work. 

At EPT Legal, Seema conducts workplace investigations, facilitates trainings and mediations, and works to foster respectful, productive, and compliant workplace environments. We are delighted to welcome Seema to the team!
