
Michael Pappas is an experienced employment law attorney who has been practicing labor and employment law for more than 35 years.
Mr. Pappas has extensive experience both as a management side and plaintiff side attorney in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour matters, employment discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing and retaliation, trade secrets and non-compete agreements, employee privacy and social media, executive compensation, employment contracts, wrongful termination, disability and medical leave laws, and employment practice compliance reviews. He has experience handling complex lawsuits from inception to trial, financial industry arbitrations, proceedings before government agencies, as well as conducting internal investigations and policy audits, and providing practical and strategic advice and counseling. Michael serves the Firm and its clients by providing strategic, advisory, report writing, and other support on the Firm’s sensitive investigations.
Michael has trained with and practiced as a senior attorney at the nation’s top employment law firms. From 2004 to 2014, Mr. Pappas was a partner at one of the leading employment law firms in the United States. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he was a Distinguished Scholar and an Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
